Beijing New Century Academy on Transnational Corporations was established by the Ministry of Commerce Research Institute and Beijing Fazheng Group. It is not only engaged in the research of international multinational corporations entering China, but also in the research of Chinese transnational corporations moving towards the world. It includes the development strategy for multinational corporations in the world and China, corporate governance and management structure, and corporate culture as the core of corporate responsibility. Since its establishment, the Institute has successfully held many international conferences and published several academic works. It has in-depth research and unique insights especially in the field of company compliance management. It is an important member of the think tank, and offers suggestions for national governance, government strategy and policy reform, and provide research and consulting services so as to promote the nationalization and development of Chinese enterprises, deep-water zone reforms, and construction of the Belt and Road, etc.
